Annual Open Enrollment for employees requires a untied message and eye catching graphics across all collateral. The theme of "Real Life. Real Benefits." was developed in 2009 for Sherwin-Williams to help explain in a plain spoken and honest way about changes on the horizon that will impact the cost of health care. The bright color palette paired with a scrapbook look helped to soften the edges of the message. Nektar Design continues to assist Sherwin-WIlliams with their annual Open Enrollment communication needs.
